A downloadable game

+ Plot +

You are exploring a lost ruin looking for treasure. You don’t have anything with you, so you’ll need to pick up some skills during your exploration in order to find what you need.

As you raid the temple, you may find ancient carvings that will give you the ability to access previously inaccessible areas. Look for the owl, which will give you the wisdom to understand your surroundings (a map), the fish, which will let you swim deeply, the eagle which will let you double-jump, and see if you can get to the Monkey Statue hidden at the end!

+ Controls +

  • WASD to move
  • Space to jump
  • E to interact with panels and other items
  • Shift to run
  • C to Crouch
  • Esc to Pause

+ Blessings +

There are three blessings in the game:

Owl - Gives you a minimap which may reveal secret areas!
Fish - Gives ability to swim down
Eagle - Gives you the ability to double jump and reach secret ledges.

+ Pickups +

Coin:  Certain coin doors only allow the extremely wealthy to pass through. If you collect enough coins you may be able to cross through to the other side.

Pots:  May sometimes contain coins - besides, what temple explorer does not break ancient pottery?

Relic:  Golden Monkey Statue - find this to end the game.

Hello! I wanted to ask if you planned to finish the Goblins Grove game. I've tried it and it looks lovely so far! I could not get past the goblet door but I suppose that's just not an option at the moment.

Great game!

I missed the Owl Blessing on my first playthrough, but still I think I found almost all secrets (not sure if the area blocked by boulders, shortly after the 4-coin door, can be reached).

The game has great ideas for physical puzzles and has good exploration game play (I love diving in games).

Would very much like to see an extended version.

Starting up the game, the camera is stuck in one spot and nothing happens! I was really looking forward to playing because the Main Menu looked really impressive!!

Apologies about that.  We're working on solving the issue on WebGL, which appears to be related to a 3rd-party library we used.   In the meantime, our Windows build is up (it was up on the LDJam page, but we've also added it here as well) and it should be working.
